$50-$75 Deposit with Travel Included (Pay at booking) NON-REFUNDABLE
$25 of Diagnostic fee will go towards repair if done same day
$15 extra fee if we have to get the part (Plus Part Cost)
LATE FEE POLICY : $20 if you are 15min or more late( NO EXCEPTIONS) We don’t want to waste your time, so don’t waste ours. If not contacted within 30min, we will cancel apt. with no refund. $20 DISCOUNT if WE are 15min or more late. We will ALWAYS remain in contact with customer.
If you decide to get the part yourself, and don’t have it at time of appointment, the late fee will be added to total price
Repairs are circumstantial and may take longer due to : Stripped bolts, wrong parts, rusted parts etc. Set time aside for repair
ROADSIDE POLICY : Must pay total price for services at booking.
CANCELATION POLICY : Cancel 48hrs before apt to avoid to avoid penalties. Same-Day/NO SHOW Cancelation: 1st time Grace Period, 2nd time Black Listed for 30 Days, 3rd time+ Full payment of service or permanently Blacklisted and you will no longer be able to book with us
If the repair is unable to be completed the same-day, do to us. We will return at earliest convenience the following day, at no extra cost. $50 return fee if because of customer (needs to get more parts, wants to break up repairs, etc.)
NO Transmission work
NO TOLERANCE for rudeness, micro-managing, racism, sexual harassment, or threats
